Our IT services are designed to support your learning and research activities and provide you with an extensive range of computer facilities . The IT, Media and Technical Services pages will provide you with lots of helpful information.
If you experience any issues with the IT equipment (computers, printing etc) on the Cardiff Campus, please log the issue immediately with the IT Customer Services Support helpdesk. They will do their best to rectify the problem as soon as possible. There are several ways to do this:
Most rooms should have a phone in the room. Please dial 82882. Please ensure you ask for the reference number. You can also ring 01443 482882 on your own phone.
You can do this by using the following link: https://support.southwales.ac.uk/. This will allow you to track your calls and you will receive an email to confirm when the issue has been resolved.
Use the Student Free Phone:
There is a free phone in the ATRiuM & Atlantic House that you can use. The are situated:
- ATRiuM: next to the Advice Zone/ library entrance on the ground floor.
- Atlantic House: in the reception area on the ground floor
